Issue: Fire pit won’t ignite or the flame is weak.
Steps:
-
Check Gas Supply:
Ensure your gas tank is full and the valve is fully open. -
Inspect the Gas Hose:
Look for any kinks, cracks, or disconnections in the hose. Replace if damaged. -
Clean the Burner:
Dirt or debris can block the burner ports. Use a soft brush to clean the burner surface and openings. -
Igniter Button:
Press the igniter button firmly and listen for a clicking sound. If no click, replace the igniter battery if your model uses one. -
Manual Ignition:
If the igniter doesn’t work, carefully try lighting the fire pit with a long lighter or match while pressing the gas valve knob. -
Ventilation:
Make sure the fire pit is in a well-ventilated outdoor area; poor air flow can affect ignition.
If you have followed all the above steps and your fire pit still won’t ignite or the flame remains weak, please contact our support team HERE for further assistance.
